Ballynahone Bog - Ulster Wildlife Trust

Our largest nature reserve at 244 ha, it incorporates the second largest area of intact raised bog in Northern Ireland. Located south of Maghera, it is a designated National Nature Reserve (NNR) noted for its interesting bog flora, including nationally rare sphagnum mosses, liverworts and bog rosemary.
