Help needed to dredge and clear very overgrown balancing pond in the centre of the Village. The pond was given to residents of the village together with over 100 acres of Public Open Space under a planning ageement for 125 houses. The pond has not been cleared or "de weeded" for 5 years and is nearly overgrown.

Further information: The area is at present maintained by the Parish Concil but the pond is in dire need of a complete "refurbish" as the surronding vegitation, trees and weeds have overgrown the edges. There are many species of wildlife habitating the pond. If opened up the pond would become a valuable focus for the village and appreciated by all.
