Tarbert Castle
No Events at this location
A fairly steep path leads up to the ruins of Tarbert Castle, believed to have been built in the 13th century by Alexander II. There are short walks to viewpoints looking over Tarbert and Loch Fyne. Alternatively join the first leg of the Kintyre Way - a nine mile walk takes you over the hill to the village of Skipness and to the ferry to Arran.
