Dullatur Marsh has a rich variety of habitats resulting in a wide range of wildlife species. Many breeding and wintering birds, including waders use the reserve. The locally rare common water plantain and nationally rare tufted loosestrife can be found in the marshy grassland. Arrow head and the rare hybrid yellow water lily are also noteworthy.
